CIVCON was responsible for the design of the stormwater conveyance system and stormwater management system for this new major league field which opened in the Spring of 2009.  All related plans were designed, certified, and stamped by Frank R. Villanti, P.E.

 Frank Villanti was responsible for civil engineering design, field inspections, and construction management assistance for Toys R Us at Eastgate Shopping Center, Mayfield, Hts, OH.  He also worked on the civil design for Toys R US at West Towne Mall, Madison, WI and was responsible for all construction management, and field inspections for this project while at The Richard E. Jacobs Group.  

 CIVCON Engineering Consultants, Inc. has handled site rehabilitation and pavement rehabilitation work for Westfield since 2005, including yearly pavement restoration, curbing, sidewalk, and recently an extensive ADA assessment and compliance design at Westfield SouthPark. 

Civil engineering throughout OH, PA, KY, & NY.  Recently completed full civil engineering design for projects in Orchard Park NY, Farmington NY, Amherst NY, East Aurora NY, Sayre PA, Honesdale PA, Tunkhannock PA, Edinboro PA, Hazleton PA, Lexington KY, Elizabethtown KY, Fremont OH, Lorain OH, Shaker Heights OH, Wadsworth OH, and Tiffin OH.  CIVCON has prepared well over 100 CVS site plans in numerous states, and a large number of site feasibility studies and respective preliminary engineered site plan with Due Diligence Report for sites throughout OH, PA, and NY.
