Key Personnel

 Frank was responsible for the design of the stormwater conveyance system and stormwater management system for The New Yankee Stadium major league field (shown under construction at far left) which opened in the Spring of 2009.

Frank studied civil engineering at Ohio University where he graduated with high honors.  Shortly after graduation, he was hired by The Richard E. Jacobs Group where his true passion for civil engineering and land development would blossom.  It was through this indelible experience that the "service" element of CIVCON's business philosophy was born.  Through working as a designer and project manager with very demanding engineers and businessmen like Tom Schmitz, Dominic Salomone and Dick Jacobs, the bar was set for the type of civil engineering required for successful development.
